Do you support Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as F&O?
Yes. B4Ucommerce has separate connector templates for Dynamics 365 Business Central and D365 Finance & Operations (including Supply Chain Management). Business Central uses the BC REST API; F&O uses OData endpoints and Business Events.
How does authentication work with Dynamics 365?
We authenticate using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) OAuth 2.0, with a dedicated service principal created in your Azure tenant. All access is scoped to the minimum permissions required for the integration use case.
Can you handle D365 trade agreements and customer pricing?

What happens if the D365 API is temporarily unavailable?
