Does the integration work with Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9?
Yes. B4Ucommerce supports both Tally Prime (all versions) and Tally ERP 9. We use the XML interface which is common to both versions. If you're upgrading from ERP 9 to Prime, the integration works through the transition without any disruption.
How does GST get assigned for each Shopify order?
B4Ucommerce automatically determines the correct GST treatment based on: customer state vs your business state (IGST for interstate, CGST+SGST for intrastate), customer GSTIN presence (B2B vs B2C invoice format), and the HSN code mapped to each product SKU.
Can the integration handle Shopify orders with multiple GST rates?
